R4B Program
Most of graduates from Higher Learning Institutions have an academic paper (project) conducted as part of their studies as the thesis or any other modality of research work. This program aims at turning the Academic Papers/Projects into Businesses (Startups) as one of the INNOVATIVE way of creating a customized and self-made unemployment solution by attracting and promoting self-employment.
The estimated 800,000 to 1,000,000 academic papers remain to the Universities’ libraries and are commercially useless. Majority of graduates have diversified from their professionals and have been employed or self-employed in different industries in which they experience incompetency and mismatches due to irrelevant skills.
This programs prepares graduates as jobs creators not just job seekers, to understanding business side of their academic projects that takes them to practical entrepreneurship skills and linkages with employability readiness.
